Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and REVIVAL d.o.o., Dr. A. Starčevića 15, 47000 Karlovac, Croatia, hello@revival.hr ("we", "us"), for your use of the AEO Studio Chrome extension and related services ("AEO Studio"). By installing the extension or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you use AEO Studio for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. What AEO Studio does

AEO Studio checks how AI agents and answer engines read and cite web pages, and suggests fixes. It includes agent access scans, agent readback, page audits, AI visibility tracking, plans, content briefs and drafts, and, on Agency, client workspaces, automatic rescans, monthly summaries and client reports. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page and in the extension.

2. Your account

  • You need an email address to sign in. Keep access to it secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in.
  • You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Plans, trials and billing

  • Plans. Free, Freelance and Agency. Prices are shown in USD in the extension and on our pricing page, and may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Free trial. Freelance monthly includes a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method at the start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged. Switching plans during the trial ends the trial and starts billing.
  • Changing plans. You can switch plans or billing period in the extension. Stripe calculates a prorated charge or credit, which the extension shows before you confirm.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings › Plan › Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; after that your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • EU consumers. If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to start the service immediately and use it during that period, you may be charged for the part already provided, as the law allows. Email hello@revival.hr to withdraw.
  • Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails and isn't fixed, we may move your account to the Free plan.

4. Fair use and limits

Each plan has limits (for example scans per day or readbacks per month), shown in the extension. "Unlimited" audits means unlimited for normal use by one person or team; we may limit automated, bulk or abusive use that affects the service for others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • check pages or sites in a way that breaks the law or another party's terms, or try to fetch pages that aren't public;
  • use AEO Studio to overload, attack or probe third-party sites or our systems, or get around rate limits, plan limits or security;
  • reverse engineer, resell or rent out the service, or access it in automated ways other than through the extension, except as we allow;
  • enter content you don't have the right to use, or unlawful content;
  • use AEO Studio to build a competing product from our outputs.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable.

6. Your content

  • "Your content" means what you enter (sites, client and brand details, logos, notes) and the results generated for you.
  • You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide AEO Studio to you, as described in our privacy policy.
  • If you enter information about your clients, you confirm you're allowed to share it with us for this purpose.
  • You're responsible for anything you publish, including drafts and fixes AEO Studio suggests.

7. AI-generated results

Scores, readbacks, audits, briefs, drafts and summaries are generated automatically, partly by AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong. Results depend on what the public web returns at the time of the check, and sites may treat our requests differently from those of real AI agents. AEO Studio doesn't guarantee that any page will be cited by an AI system, rank anywhere, or receive traffic. Review results and fixes before acting on them.

8. Third-party services

AEO Studio relies on third parties, including Supabase, Anthropic, Perplexity, Stripe, Resend and Google. Their availability and terms are outside our control. AEO Studio isn't affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity or Google; their product names are their trademarks.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep AEO Studio available but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a substantial paid feature you rely on during a paid period, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of that period.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using AEO Studio and cancel your subscription at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@revival.hr. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 6, 7, 11 and 12) continue after the agreement ends.

11. Liability

  • AEO Studio is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.
  • We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to AEO Studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you're on the Free plan.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the extension or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using AEO Studio after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
